Liquid Graphics normally doesn’t offer COD payment methods. There has been rare occasions where we do allow a customer to pay via COD, this is usually because we have a long working history with that particular customer and management has reviewed and approved their request for COD payments.
This option is only available to customers with an established order history and the customer must put in a request for this with their sales representative.
