Liquid Graphics Quote Request
A new potential customer has contacted Liquid Graphics looking for a quote, we must make sure the quote requested meets Liquid Graphics minimum requirements and if it does, send it to the correct sales representative with the customers answers. *Note some customers will supply all this information up front via the contact form.
Step 1) Ask the potential customer if they are looking to order apparel? (Example of approved apparel orders are: hats, sweatshirts, hoodies, pants, shirts, tanks, jackets, beanies, socks, backpacks etc. )

A) ( IF YES = Continue to Step 2. )
B) ( IF NO = Tell the customer that Liquid Graphics only produces garments and limited accessories. If they are looking for something else and are ordering a qty over 500 units please email [email protected] with the available information supplied by the customer.
Step 2) Ask the potential customer how many units in total they want to produce? Follow the direction below depending on their order.

A) If the customer wants to order 300 or more units. Continue to Step 3.
B) If the customer wants to order between 144 to 300 total units. Inform the customer Liquid Graphics has a 300 qty minimum and while we can take their order the price might be higher than they would find at other manufactures, however the quality will be as high as any Liquid Graphics print job. If they are Ok with this information Continue to Step 3
C) If the customer wants to order under 144 total units. Inform the customer this order is below Liquid Graphics minimums and we wouldn’t be able to take the job.
Step 3) Ask the potential customer if they want to screenprint on the garments?

A) (IF YES = Continue to Step 4. )
B) (IF NO = Ask the customer if they want to manufacture a new garment (a)? Or wants to order blank shirts(b)?)

a) If the customer wants to manufacture a new garment. Inform the minimum qty order is 600 per size / style. If they are OK with those minimums please send their information to [email protected] and CC [email protected]
b) If the customer wants to order blanks shirts. Inform them Liquid Graphics does not supply blank shirts for order.
Step 4) Ask the potential customer if they have artwork and tech packs for their order? Or will they need art assistance?

A) If the customer already has artwork and tech packs for their order. Continue to Step 5.
B) If the customer needs art assistance. Inform them that art fees might apply depending on what they need, and this will be quoted for them by our sales representative.
Step 5) Ask the potential customer if they are needing these garments / shirts for an event or concert?

A) If YES = Send email to [email protected] CC [email protected] with all the customer information including Name, Email, Phone (if available), Request and the answers to the questions above.
B) If NO = Send email to [email protected] & CC [email protected] with all the customer information including Name, Email, Phone (if available), Request and the answers to the questions above.
Step 6) Thank the customer for their time and let them know a sales representative will be contacting them soon to discuss their project.
